Product Overview

 

Our disc liquid silicone machine adopts a vertical clamping and horizontal injection design, equipped with one upper mold and two identical lower molds on the disc. The disc rotates 180 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise, realizing alternating production of two lower molds: while mold A is in production (injection and vulcanization), operators can take and place workpieces or inserts on mold B. This cycle operation greatly improves production efficiency and operational safety, making it ideal for mass production of standard and precision silicone products.
