Product Application

 

Vertical injection moulding machines are widely used for insert moulding and overmoulding, especially for parts that require stable positioning, fixtures and automated loading. Typical applications include connector and terminal insert moulding, cable plug and wire harness overmoulding (strain relief and waterproof sealing), soft-touch handle and tool grips, and various electrical insulation components. With vertical clamping and flexible platforms such as fixed platen, shuttle table, rotary table or turret indexing, vertical machines offer better access for inserts and jigs, cleaner automation layout, and more consistent mass production for small to medium-size precision parts.

Pre-Sales Support

We support customers from the first inquiry with solution selection and application evaluation. Based on your product drawings, materials, inserts, and target output, we recommend the right vertical machine platform (fixed platen, shuttle table, rotary table, turret) and key configurations. We also provide basic mould/fixture suggestions and automation layout advice to help ensure stable insert placement and repeatable production.

 

In-Sales Support (Project Execution)

During order execution, we confirm technical specifications, provide production scheduling updates, and prepare all required documents for shipment. Each machine is assembled and tested under standard procedures. We support factory acceptance testing (FAT) when needed, and we provide packing, shipping, and export documentation according to your requirements. We also share a site checklist in advance for smooth installation.

 

After-Sales Service & Warranty

All machines are covered by a 12-month warranty. We provide on-site installation and commissioning, and we offer operator training to help customers start production quickly. For overseas customers, support is available through our regional agents, with remote video assistance for fast troubleshooting and technical guidance.
