Why Choose Us
Equipment Manufacturing
Machining, fabrication, assembly, commissioning and inspection are included in the equipment manufacturing process, allowing the machine to be built and tested through controlled production stages.
Insert Molding Focus
Our vertical injection molding equipment is developed around insert molding and overmolding applications, where mold access and insert positioning are important production factors.
Engineering-Based Selection
Machine selection considers product structure, material, mold dimensions, clamping requirements and production conditions rather than relying on a standard machine specification.
Overseas Project Support
Support covers application review, machine testing, installation guidance, operator training, remote technical assistance, spare-parts support and after-sales service.
How the Dual-Station System Works

Insert Loading
The open station is used to position inserts in the mold. Fixtures can be added when the product requires controlled and repeatable placement.
Station Transfer
After loading, the prepared station moves into the clamping position through the selected sliding or rotary mechanism.

Clamping and Injection
The mold closes and the injection unit delivers the selected thermoplastic material according to the programmed process parameters.
Part Removal
After molding, the finished part is removed from the accessible station while the alternate station is prepared for the following cycle.

Why Choose a Dual-Station Configuration?
Reduced Loading Interruption
Insert loading and part removal take place at the available station instead of waiting for access to the active molding position.
Direct Operator Access
The open lower mold provides practical access for manual insert placement, fixture adjustment and finished-part removal.
Repeatable Production Sequence
The two stations establish a defined sequence of loading, molding, unloading and reloading for recurring insert molding operations.
Production Integration
The configuration can accommodate manual operation as well as selected loading, unloading and material-handling equipment.

Dual-Station Table
Two lower mold positions alternate into the injection area. Sliding or rotary configurations can be selected according to mold arrangement and loading requirements.
Vertical Clamping Unit
The clamping unit secures the mold during injection while maintaining direct access to the lower mold during preparation.
Injection Unit
Injection capacity is matched to resin type, shot weight, product dimensions, injection pressure and required molding conditions.
Control and Ejection
The control system manages molding parameters and machine movements. The ejection system supports controlled removal of finished parts from the mold.
Technical Specifications
Specifications are selected according to the machine model, mold and product requirements.
