Key Features
The Vertical Two Shot Injection Machine is equipped with two injection units, allowing two different materials to be injected sequentially without removing the part from the mold. This greatly improves production efficiency while maintaining excellent dimensional accuracy.
High Precision Rotary Table
A precision rotary table accurately transfers the molded part between the first and second injection stations. Servo-driven indexing ensures repeatable positioning, reducing cycle time while maintaining molding accuracy.
Stable Vertical Clamping Structure
The vertical clamping design allows inserts or first-shot components to remain securely positioned during the second injection process. This minimizes displacement and improves product consistency.
Flexible Machine Configuration
Different clamping forces, injection capacities, and rotary table sizes are available to match various product requirements. Customized automation systems, robotic part removal, and vision inspection can also be integrated for fully automated production.
