Main Structure and Features
The Two Color Vertical Injection Moulding Machine can inject two different colors or materials into the same mold and complete the production of two-color or two-material products in a single molding cycle.
Vertical clamping and injection: The mold opens and closes vertically, with injection carried out in the vertical direction. This configuration is suitable for plastic products requiring inserts.
Multi-station rotary table: The machine can be equipped with a precision rotary table, rotary core or rotary turret. The rotating system provides accurate positioning and allows convenient access for part removal and insert placement.
Two injection units: The machine is equipped with two independent injection units. Each unit can be controlled separately to process different colors or materials according to the product requirements.

Two-color and multi-color molding: Multiple injection units can be combined with a rotary table, rotary core or rotary turret to mold two or more colors or materials in the same mold. This can reduce secondary assembly or manual material-changing processes.
Flexible machine configurations: Common configurations include rotary table machines, slide table machines and standard vertical machines. The suitable configuration can be selected according to the product structure, insert requirements and molding process.
Consistent product appearance: The two materials or colors can be combined in the same molding process. With appropriate mold and process settings, different color combinations, patterns and surface effects can be achieved.
