Products Description
The machine uses a low-worktable design, with a worktable height of approximately 900 mm across the range. The lower working height makes loading and unloading easier and also provides convenient access for connecting auxiliary equipment.
The oil cylinder, injection cylinder and lower platen are manufactured as ductile iron castings. The integrated cast structure provides good rigidity and helps reduce deformation and the risk of oil leakage.
Compared with conventional vertical injection molding machines with the same clamping force, the low-worktable design has a lower overall machine height. It is therefore suitable for large-size vertical injection molding applications where installation height is limited.
