The Dual-station Disc Vertical Injection Molding Machine combines vertical clamping and injection with a rotating multi-station table. It is mainly used for plastic products that require metal or other inserts to be placed in the mold before injection.

4. Insert molding:

If we adopt the type of machine that the lower mold plate is fixed and the upper mold plate is movable, and if we combine the belt conveyor with the manipulator, we can easily realize the fully automatic insert molding.
5. Automated production:
- Each cavity can be taken out by a simple manipulator, which is conducive to precision molding. Generally, the mold clamping device is open around the mold, so it is easy to configure various kinds of automation devices, and it is suitable for the automatic molding of complex and delicate products.
6. Mold protection:
- Vertical rotary table injection molding machine is equipped with mold protection control device, through the low-pressure trial mold closure, to avoid mold damage due to foreign objects or incomplete closure.
7. Wide adaptability:
- The pull belt conveyor is easy to realize the string over the middle of the mold installation, which is convenient to realize the automatic production of molding. It is easy to ensure the consistency of resin fluidity and mold temperature distribution within the mold.
