Preparation
- Inspect all machine components and the electrical control cabinet to ensure they are in good working order.
- Check the hydraulic oil level to verify that the reservoir is sufficiently filled; then, start the motor and observe whether the oil output from the axial piston pump is normal.
- Open the cooling water valve to connect the cooling water supply.
Operation
- Mold Installation: Push the mold-moving mechanism to its highest position. Mount the plastic mold onto the moving platen. Loosen the fixed platen, align the upper half of the plastic mold with the fixed platen, and tighten the securing screws. Secure the lower half of the plastic mold to the moving platen. Operate the mold-moving mechanism to verify that the mold positioning is correct.
- Barrel Heating: Switch on the heating control within the electrical cabinet. Load the plastic material into the barrel and allow it to heat thoroughly until the plastic has melted.
- Injection Operation: Activate Solenoid Valve 8 to raise the mold-moving mechanism and close the plastic mold. Activate Solenoid Valve 6 to drive the injection plunger into the barrel and perform the injection. Once the injection is complete, activate Solenoid Valve 6 again to retract the injection plunger from the barrel; subsequently, activate Solenoid Valve 8 to lower the mold-moving mechanism, allowing the plastic mold to open for demolding.
Maintenance and Upkeep
- Check the hydraulic oil level to ensure the reservoir is sufficiently filled; if the level is low, replenish it immediately. The hydraulic oil must be kept clean at all times.
- Apply lubricant to designated lubrication points regularly as prescribed, and periodically clean the oil filter. Keep the area surrounding the machine clean, ensuring that no dirt or debris enters the oil tank.
- After use, wipe down the machine to remove any dirt or residue; apply a thin layer of oil to all smooth, exposed surfaces.
- Periodically inspect the electrical components; remove any dirt, grease, or dust; keep electrical contacts clean; and frequently clean dirt and dust from all electrical connectors.
